What We Will Cover

Our Training Section of the course covers a range of topics from Training execution, programming, strength, cardio and injuries.

Module 1: Execution

If you don't perform movements properly - you're shooting yourself in the foot before you've started. In this module we lay the groundwork for everything to come throughout this area of the course. Don't exercise, execute.

Module 2: Programming

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete - this module shows you exactly how to set up a training program for your goals & experience, as well as giving you some sample training plans to get you started.

Module 3: Strength

Everyone loves to be strong, right? This module takes you through exactly what you need to focus on to see more weight on the bar. We'll cover everything from the simple act of log booking & progressive overload, right through to harnessing the ancient & evolutionary power of the sympathetic nervous system.

Module 4: Cardio

Is cardio important? What kind of cardio should you be doing for your specific body goal? How much is too much? These are just some of the questions we answer in the cardio module. There's a lot of misinformation out there about cardio, we cut through the confusion and make things crystal clear.

Module 5: Injuries

Injuries can completely derail your progress & leave you frustrated and ready to quit. In this module we give you some strategies to not only help prevent injury, but to rehab yourself when you get injured.
