Our Nutrition Section of the course covers a range of topics from Calories, Macro and Micro Nutrients, Supplements and Nutrition Strategies.

Module 1: Calories

Calories are the foundation of every diet you've ever seen or heard of. In this module we break down the diet myths, fads and BS that is constantly regurgitated online, and give you the facts, the science and what you should do with it in an easy to follow process.

Module 2: Macronutrients

This module explores the 3 macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates and, fats. We'll cover the role they have in the body and their impact on your health, physique and performance.

Module 3: Micronutrients

The Micronutrients continues in our quest to help you understand the food you are consuming. We show you what they are, the amounts that you should be taking and why.

Module 4: Supplements

Discover the inside story on taking supplements, both natural and synthetic. We exclusively reveal what really works and what you are wasting your money on.

Module 5: Strategies

Here we put together the Nutrition course in our simple to follow strategies. Different strategies for different training is explained including the pros and cons to each.
