What We Will Cover

Our Mindset Section of the course covers topics from Stress, depression, social aspects, grief, and how to deal with them.

Module 1: The Physiology Of Stress

Stress is something that affects us all, and it can have a monumental impact on our mental wellbeing. This module dives deep into the physiology behind stress, and how we can influence our nervous system to achieve a calmer, more balanced and poised state.

Module 2: Depression, Anxiety & Suicide

There's no shortage of mental health advocates online, but there aren't any real solutions. In this module, we go deep into the things no one else seems to be talking about, offering real, practical strategies to bring you out of the depths of depression & anxiety.

Module 3: The Social Factor

In this module we look closely at social factors affecting mental health. We take a look at social media, and how easy it can be to compare your worst moments to someone else's best, as well as the relationships you form in real life with those around you.

Module 4: Grief

Dealing with grief can seem insurmountable. We talk from painful experience, ways of coping with losing someone close and coming through it.

Module 5: Setting Yourself Up To Win

After covering dark (but very important) subjects in the previous modules, our last module will look forward, helping you create a strong and resilient mindset.
